My workout plan for losing weight and building up, which you can maintain.

 

In 2017 I started fitness to lose weight, the first two years went by. In order to get a healthy body, I weighed 42.50kg less than 107.50kg.

 

In the next two years I built up muscle mass and gained 20kg.

 

From this point on, I have maintained my figure with a fat percentage of 1% - 1.25% for 4 years, in order to avoid any new fat cells in the connective tissue and muscles, and to tighten and strengthen it every day.

 

From 2024 onwards I'm thinking of doing a full body workout twice a day for 120 minutes each, split into two small ones, not neglecting the full body workout for health reasons. But continuing with what is called bodybuilding means 60 minutes in the morning for chest & triceps + forearms, back & biceps + forearms, not forgetting the sex pack before and after the workout.

 

60 minutes at lunchtime: legs, calves and buttocks, because after the shoulders, trapezius and back extensors, the sex pack shouldn't be neglected either.

 

By moving with dumbbells, no fat can form in the stomach area; new fat cells can form instead, so you can reduce the calories from 3750 to 3200 to keep the body fit for a day, don't forget the power, strength and endurance.

 

To supply the skin with nutrients in order to achieve and maintain firm connective tissue and to give the muscles strength with micro and macro substances.

 

It will continue like this from July 1st, 2024. The preparation took half a year, from January 1st, 2024 to June 30th, 2024.

 

Through exercise and action, as I feel like it, for the vegan plate daily 30.00t - 35.00t depending on the day, to burn the calories in order to maintain the muscles and not to form new fat on the body. I'm not lazy, even if I have a burnout.
